How Neddle is designed to handle your data.
Neddle doesn't exist as a product yet. But we believe the right time to talk about trust is before you need to ask.
Neddle is being designed to learn from conversations to improve matching. Future paid plans may unlock deeper personal insight. Organizations will not get access to private conversation content.
What this means
Your conversations improve YOUR experience.
Conversation data would be used to improve matching quality and, in future paid tiers, to surface personal patterns and insights back to you.
No selling data.
Conversation content would not be sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Opt-in insight, not surveillance.
The conversation fingerprint (future Pro tier) would be something you choose to see. It exists to help you grow, not to evaluate you.
No employer visibility.
If an organization pays for Neddle as a benefit, conversation content is never visible to them. Participation and engagement data may be shared depending on the use case, but what you say stays between you and the person you're talking to.
You can leave anytime.
If you delete your account, your personal information is permanently removed. Conversation data may be retained in a de-identified form to improve matching for others, but it can never be traced back to you.
Why this page exists now
Because trust is easier to build when you're honest before people have to ask. Neddle is pre-launch. Nothing here is a legal privacy policy yet. It's a statement of how we intend to build, and what we will not compromise on as the product takes shape.
